盆底肌训练配合中药外治法对产妇盆底肌功能的影响

摘要 目的 针对产妇盆底肌功能恢复采用盆底肌训练联合中药外治法的的治疗效果进行探讨.方法 选取2019年6月-2019年12月期间收治的60例产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(盆底肌训练)和观察组(盆底肌训练联合中药外治法)各30例,就两组产妇盆底肌功能恢复水平进行对比.结果 观察组产妇经治疗后I、II类肌纤维较对照组得到显著提升,且尿失禁、子宫脱垂及阴道壁松弛情况均少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 盆底肌训练联合中药外治法可明显提升盆底肌功能加快恢复,且尿失禁现象明显减少.
