品管圈在提高ICU护理人员处理仪器报警有效率中的应用

摘要 目的探讨品管圈在提高ICU护理人员处理仪器报警有效率中的应用研究.方法成立品管圈小组,确定"提高ICU护理人员处理仪器报警的有效率"为主题,查找并分析仪器报警处理无效原因,拟定并实施相应对策.结果品管圈活动实施后,处理仪器报警有效率由活动前的33%上升至77%.管理成员在品管圈QCC手法、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调等方面均有一定程度提高.结论品管圈活动应用于提高ICU护理人员处理仪器报警有效率中的效果研究显著,提高了护理人员的综合素质及护理质量,保证患者安全.
