点阵激光治疗斑秃的研究进展

The Advance Fractional Laser for the Treatment of Alopecia Areata

斑秃是一种皮肤科常见的脱发疾病,可影响成人和儿童。目前的一线治疗方案为局部外用糖皮质激素或者局部注射糖皮质激素,但对部分病人来说疗效不佳并且可能引起皮肤萎缩等不良反应。近期,有研究证明点阵激光联合局部外用药物用于治疗斑秃是有效的。本文概述近些年点阵激光在斑秃治疗中的临床应用、作用机制。

Objective Alopecia areata(AA)is a common hair loss disease in dermatological department,with adults and children being affected.Current therapies consisting of topical corticosteroids or intralesional injections are often the first choices for treatment,but are limited by unsatisfactory outcomes or risks such as atrophoderma to some patients.Recently,many trials have been suggested that fractional lasers may be effective therapeutic approaches when coupled with topical agents.This article summarizes the clinical application and mechanism of fractional laser or in the treatment of alopecia areata in recent years.
