性别和年龄对司米护齿涂剂治疗牙釉质脱矿疗效影响的研究

A statistical study on the effects of different genders and ages on SIMI mouthguard paint treating enamel demineralization

目的研究司米护齿涂剂治疗牙釉质脱矿(Enamel demineralization,ED)在不同性别和年龄人群中的临床治疗效果。方法记录第四军医大学口腔医院司米护齿涂剂在正畸过程中治疗牙釉质脱矿的临床研究中全部司米护齿涂剂治疗组患者首诊以及连续使用司米护齿涂剂3个月后的釉白斑情况,检查患者口腔黏膜的反应,询问是否出现哮喘发作或恶心等胃肠道症状,记录使用司米护齿涂剂期间不良事件的发生情况,对其治疗效果在不同性别和年龄人群的差异进行统计学分析。结果共入组患者76例,完成74例,脱落2例,其中男性23例,女性51例,成人30例,青少年44例。统计结果表明,年龄组和性别组组间治疗结果均有显著性差异(年龄组Z=-2.822,P=0.005;性别组Z=-2.169,P=0.030),年龄与治疗效果具有相关性。正畸脱矿患者年龄与用药三个月后釉白斑级数计分呈正相关(r=0.325);正畸脱矿患者首诊釉白斑计分与用药三个月后釉白斑级数计分呈正相关(r=0.353)。试验过程中未发生不良事件。结论年龄越小,司米护齿涂剂针对正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的疗效明显;首诊釉白斑计分越小,治疗效果越好;男性使用司米护齿涂剂后效果优于女性。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effects of different gender and age groups who used SIMI mouthguard paint to treat enamel demineralization(ED).Methods Select all the treatment group patients who used the SIMI mouthguard paint in the clinical research treating enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment in Stomatological Hospital,The Fourth Military Medical University.Record the enamel opaque spot continuously before and after using the device for three months.Check the oral mucosa reactions,asthma attacks or stomach nausea,recording adverse events.Results 76 cases were included,74 cases completed the trial,2 cases fell off.The statistical results showed significant differences in different gender groups and age groups(Z=-2.822,P=0.005 in age groups;Z=-2.169,P=0.030 in gender groups),and the treatment effect was significantly related to age.The score of enamel opaque spot after three months was positively related to the age of orthodontic demineralized subjects(r=0.325)and the score of enamel opaque spot at initial visit point(r=0.353).No adverse events were recorded.Conclusion Subjects,who were younger and who got the lower score of enamel opaque spot at initial visit point,showed more effective treartment by using SIMI mouthguard paint.In addition,the efficiency was superior than that in the females in using SIMI mouthguard paint treating ED.
