摘要
目的评价用不同方法去除因正畸残留于牙面的托槽粘结剂对牙釉质表面的影响。方法收集60颗健康的离体双尖牙,按不同方法去除粘结剂,随机分为6组,每组10颗,第一组:钨钢磨头组;第二组,矽粒子组;第三组,金刚砂车针组;第四组,绿砂石组;第五组,超声洁治组;第六组,粘结剂去除钳组,计时每组去除粘结剂的时间,评价各组去除效率,扫描电镜观察处理后牙面形态。结果各组操作时间矽粒子组>慢速钨钢磨头组>超声洁治组>金刚砂组>绿砂石组>粘结剂去除钳组。扫描电镜观察粗糙度:粘结剂去除钳组>金刚砂组>矽粒子组>超声洁治组>绿砂石组>金刚砂组。结论可用金刚砂车针联合矽粒子使用。
Objective to evaluate the effect of different methods on enamel surface of teeth by removing orthodontic residual binder in brackets:60 healthy bicuspid teeth were collected,and the adhesive was removed by different methods.The second group,the silicon particle group;The third group,emery lathe needle group;The fourth group,greensand group;The fifth group,ultrasonic scaling group;Group 6,binder removal pliers group,timing each group time to remove the adhesive,evaluate each removal efficiency,scanning electron microscope after processing the tooth surface morphology.Results each group operating time silicon particle group>slow tungsten steel grinding head group>ultrasonic clean governance group>emery>green sand group>binder removal pliers scanning electron microscope roughness:binder removal pliers>emery group>silicon particle group>ultrasonic clean governance group>green sand group>emery Conclusion available green sand group and slow tungsten steel grinding head joint use silicon particles.
