带式输送机断带抓捕装置的设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对带式输送机在实际运输过程中断带事故时有发生的问题,在分析造成输送带断裂事故原因的基础上,设计一款带式输送机断带抓捕装置。对该装置的关键机械、电气以及控制系统进行分析,并基于AMESim对所设计抓捕装置的性能进行仿真研究。得出上楔块与输送带接触面积与抓捕时间的关系具体为:抓捕时间随着抓捕面积的增大呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势。 On the basis of the analysis of the cause of the failure of the conveyor belt,a belt conveyor belt-breaking and catching device is designed.The key mechanical,electrical and control system of the device is analyzed,and the performance of the designed catching device is simulated based on AMESim.The relationship between the contact area of the upper wedge and the conveyer belt and the capture time is determined as follows:the time of capture increases with the increase of the capture area and then increases.
