Design of a New Automatic Deviation-correcting Device for the Belt Conveyor

针对西山煤矿集团屯兰矿井下皮带式输送机常规纠偏装置在实际的应用过程中存在装置结构较复杂、纠偏速度慢、纠偏效果不理想等问题,提出了一种新型自动纠偏装置,该装置具备无需驱动设备进行驱动作业,可自动快速地纠偏发生偏移皮带的优点,实践应用效果理想,可以在全集团进行推广应用。

The conventional deviation correction device of belt belt c onveyor in Tunlan Mine of Xishan Coal Mine Group still adopts in order to solve the problem of belt deviation.In the practical application process,there are some problems,such as complex device structure,slow deviation correction speed,unsatisfactory deviation correction effect and so on.Based on this situation,a new type of automatic deviation correction device is proposed,which has the advantages of automatic and fast deviation correction belt without driving equipment,and has ideal practical application effect,which can be popularized and applied in the whole group.
