大断面煤巷采动变形分析与支护控制设计

摘要 针对传统支护采用全断面等强度对称支护方式可能导致巷道失稳的问题,以王家岭煤矿东四正巷为研究对象,对其不同支护方式下煤巷非对称变形机理和变形破坏特征进行了分析,并提出有效的非对称支护方案。对该巷道进行支护方式改进后,巷道围岩变形量得到了有效控制,顶底板移近量降低了21.4%,两帮变形量降低了51.3%。 In view of the problem that full-section equal-strength symmetrical support may lead to roadway instability in traditional support,the asymmetric deformation mechanism and deformation failure characteristics of coal roadway under different support methods are analyzed,and effective asymmetric support scheme is put forward.After the improvement of the supporting mode of the roadway,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is limited,the displacement of the top and bottom slab is reduced by 21.4%,and the deformation of the two sides is reduced by 51.3%.
