摘要 选煤厂DMST-20型跳汰机筛板、排料、操作等存在问题,基于此,优化改进了跳汰机筛板倾角,分别增设了分割下锥体和数控风阀,并将手动排料改装成自动排料。通过物料床层松散度检测和洗选产品对比验证表明,改进后解决了跳汰机存在的缺陷,跳汰分选效果更加优良,显著提高了选煤厂的生产率。 There are some problems in screen plate,discharge and operation of DMST-20 jig in coal preparation plant.The inclination angle of jig screen plate is optimized and improved.The lower cone and numerical control air valve are added separately,and manual discharge is refitted into automatic discharge.Through the test of material bed looseness and the comparison and verification of washing products,it shows that the improved jig has solved the shortcomings of the jig well,the jig separation effect is more excellent,and the productivity of the coal preparation plant is significantly improved.
