摘要
对风机叶顶不同开槽深度对风机运行时的通风特性的影响进行分析,利用三维建模软件建立了轴流式通风机的三维结构模型,采用流体仿真分析软件对凹槽深度为0 mm、1 mm、2.5 mm、4 mm四种深度的双凹槽叶片结构下的风机运行特性进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:当风机的双凹槽深度为2.5 mm时,风机具有最佳的通风特性,稳定性最高且通风效率比原风机提高1.2%以上。
In order to analyze the influence of different grooving depth of the fan blade on the ventilation characteristic of the fan,the three-dimensional structure model of the axial flow fan is established by means of the three-dimensional modeling software,and the depth of the groove is 0 mm,1 mm and 2.5 mm by the fluid simulation analysis software.The operation characteristics of the fan under the double-groove blade structure with 4 mm depth are simulated and analyzed.The results show that when the double-groove depth of the fan is 2.5 mm,the fan has the best ventilation characteristic,the stability is the highest,and the ventilation efficiency is increased by more than 1.2%compared with that of the original fan.
