采煤机行走轮与销排接触的动力学分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于目前行走轮与销排接触研究现状存在的问题,采用SOLIDWORKS软件建立了采煤机行走轮与销排的三维模型,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了显示动力学仿真,描述了仿真流程中的设置,获得了动态的行走轮与销排应力云图及接触应力随时间的变化趋势。对啮合冲击、节线冲击造成的影响作出了解释,并对如何减小冲击、预防轮齿疲劳断裂提出了改进方案。该研究为行走轮与销排的接触研究提供了思路,同时也提供了整体的研究流程以供参考,对于行走轮与销排的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the existing problems of the current r unning wheel and the pin row contact research,the three-dimensional model of the traveling wheel and the pin row of the coal mining machine is established by using the SOLIDWORKS software,and the simulation of the display dynamics is carried out based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the setting in the simulation process is described.The change tendency of the dynamic walking wheel and the pin-row stress cloud and the contact stress over time was obtained.The effects of the impact on the meshing and the impact of the pitch line are explained,and the improvement of the impact and the prevention of the fatigue fracture of the gear teeth is put forward.The study provides a train of thought for the contact between the walking wheel and the pin row,and also provides a whole research flow for reference,and has certain guiding significance for the structural design of the walking wheel and the pin row.
