摘要 为检验ZY8000-26/56D液压支架在浅埋煤层大采高工作面的适用性,以山西某矿大采高首采工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析和理论计算等研究方法,对支架的安全工作阻力范围进行校核。并通过现场调研监测大采高工作面的矿压显现规律和支架工作阻力,对支架适用性进行验证。研究结果表明:该矿首采工作面的初次来压和周期来压分别为60 m和25 m,ZY8000-26/56D液压支架工作阻力满足设计要求,工作面顶板得到有效控制,可为相似条件下液压支架选型提供有益借鉴。 In order to test the applicability of ZY8000-26/56 D hydraulic support in large mining height working face in shallow coal seam,taking the large mining height head mining face of a mine in Shanxi Province as the engineering background,the safe working resistance range of the support is checked by means of theoretical analysis and theoretical calculation.Through field investigation and monitoring of mine pressure appearance law and support working resistance of large mining height working face,the applicability of support is verified.The research results show that the initial incoming pressure and periodic incoming pressure of the first mining face are 60 m and 25 m,respectively,and the working resistance of ZY80002656 D hydraulic support meets the design requirements,and the working face meets the design requirements.The roof can be effectively controlled,which can provide useful reference for the selection of hydraulic support under similar conditions.
