摘要
介绍了NCODE软件计算行走轮轮齿的疲劳寿命的分析流程,对轮齿有限元强度进行了分析,并作为疲劳计算的模型基础,对动态载荷谱及材料在NCODE软件中的参数进行设置,确保了行走轮疲劳分析流程中的必要关键信息。分析结果表明,行走轮疲劳薄弱位置可通过优化齿形参数来降低应力集中,通过喷丸处理等工艺提高轮齿表面粗糙度来实现轮齿疲劳寿命的延长。
The paper introduces the analysis flow of the fatigue life of the gear teeth of the traveling wheel by Ncode software,analyzes the finite element strength of the gear teeth,and sets the dynamic load spectrum and the parameter of the material in the Ncode software as the basis of the model of the fatigue calculation.And the necessary key information in the fatigue analysis process of the walking wheel is ensured.The results show that the weak position of the walking wheel can reduce the stress concentration by optimizing the tooth profile parameters,and the surface roughness of the gear teeth can be improved by the process of shot peening and the like to achieve the improvement of the fatigue life of the gear teeth.
