摘要
通过对典型电机的负载特性—系统风阻曲线的分析,介绍了基于变频控制的马兰矿主扇风机控制系统,并对风量控制策略进行了深入研究。结合马兰矿某需风点风量要求,进行了电机响应实验,得出了该风量控制方法具有系统稳定、超调量小的特点。
Based on the analysis of the load characteristic of th e typical motor and the wind resistance curve of the system,the control system of the main fan of the Malan Mine based on the frequency conversion control is introduced,and the control strategy of the air volume is deeply studied.In combination with that requirement of the air volume of a certain wind point of Malan mine,the response experiment of the motor is carry out,and the characteristic of the system is stable and the overshoot is small is obtained.
