摘要 为有效降低某矿607工作面皮带运输机跑偏情况发生概率,减少矿井皮带系统的成本投入,增加皮带运输可靠程度,并降低后期维护工作量,经过分析目前常用拉紧装置的优缺点和适用条件,基于井下具体工况,提出使用机尾拉升式张紧系统代替竖直拉升式张紧系统。试验结果表明:对张紧装置优化后,607工作面皮带运输机滚筒使用数量明显减少,成本投入降低,试验期间未曾发生机电事故,效果较好。 In order to effectively reduce the probability of deviation of the belt conveyor of the 607 working face in Liyazhuang Coal Mine,reduce the cost input of the mine belt system,increase the reliability of belt transportation,and reduce the maintenance workload in the later period.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used tensioning devices and applicable conditions Based on the specific working conditions of the underground,it is proposed to use the tail-lifting tensioning system instead of the vertical tensioning tensioning system.The test results show that after optimizing the tensioning device,the number of rollers used in the 607 working surface belt conveyor is significantly reduced,and the cost is reduced.The input was reduced,and no mechanical and electrical accidents occurred during the test,and the effect was good.
