摘要
针对长平洗煤厂监测系统老化、工况参数无法实时采集等问题,研发应用了无人值守皮带机智能监测系统,并对其系统结构、传感结构、采集结构和上位机软件进行了详细介绍。经过现场工业性实验,系统实现了对洗煤厂关键设备、关键部位的设备监控、安全检测和安全预警,现场也从原本的3位皮带司机变为1位巡检人员,之前的人员现场测量温度和振动数据变为在值班室上位机查看操作,实现了真正意义上的无人值守。
In view of the aging of the monitoring system and the failure of real-time collection of working condition parameters in Changping Coal washing plant,the intelligent monitoring system of the unattended belt conveyor is developed and applied,and its system structure,sensor structure,collection structure and upper computer software are introduced in detail.Through the field industrial experiment,the system realizes the equipment monitoring,safety detection and safety warning for the key equipment and parts of the coal washing plant.The field is also changed from the original three belt drivers to one patrol inspector.The former personnel measure the temperature and vibration data on site to check the operation on the upper computer in the shift room,realizing the real sense of unattended.
