摘要
针对长距离、大运量、多电机带式输送机能耗过大的问题,提出在其启动阶段采用耦合补偿策略、运行阶段采用变频调速策略对设备进行节能改造。设计改造后的设备,可在启动阶段实现功率平衡、运行阶段实现带速与运量相匹配,降低了煤矿开采成本。
In view of the problems of long distance,large volume and excessive consumption of multi-motor belt conveyor,the coupling compensation strategy is adopted in the start-up stage,and the variable frequency speed regulation strategy is adopted in the operation stage to save energy.After designing the modified equipment,the power balance is realized in the start-up stage,and the belt speed is matched with the volume of transportation in the operation stage,which reduces the cost of coal mining.
