摘要
从通风控制系统的方案、硬件设计以及软件设计三方面分析了PLC在矿井通风集中控制系统中的应用情况。PLC在通风系统中的应用从一定程度上提升了工作面的自动化程度,提高了通风集中控制系统的控制精度,达到了节能减排的效果,为提高矿井通风集中控制系统的控制精度、提高生产效率奠定了基础。
The application of PLC in mine ventilation centralized control system is analyzed from three aspects:ventilation control system scheme,hardware design and software design.PLC in ventilation system improves the automation degree of working face to a certain extent,improves the control accuracy of ventilation centralized control system,and achieves the effect of energy saving and emission reduction in order to improve the control accuracy of mine ventilation centralized control system,and the foundation for improving production efficiency has been laid.
