摘要
为提高矿井提升的自动化程度,基于PLC控制原理,设计一套智能型提升机电控系统。研究了提升机电控系统,并对系统的控制程序及各硬件功能及其连接方式进行了详细介绍。该系统以PLC控制器作为核心控制单元,所采用的提升系统对提高工效、保证矿井安全生产意义重大。
In order to improve the automation degree of mine hoisting,based on PLC control principle,Malan Coal Mine adopts a set of intelligent hoist electronic control system.The system takes PLC controller as the core control unit,studies the electric control system of hoist,and introduces in detail the control program,hardware functions and connection mode of the system.The lifting system is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and ensure the safety of mine production.
