阳煤三矿副井提升机电控系统的改造研究 被引量:1

摘要 以阳煤三矿副井提升机为例进行了电控系统的优化改造。针对阳煤三矿副井提升机电控系统的实际情况,应用了ACS800四象限变频器,采用了西门子S7组成的现场总线控制系统、双PLC冗余、远程I/O、西门子WINCC人机界面实现系统运行的实时监控。改造后的副井提升机电控系统安全性和稳定性得到了提高,实现了全数字化智能型监控,能有效保障副井提升机安全运行。 Taking the auxiliary well hoist of Yangquan No.3 Coal Mine as an example,the electronic control system has been optimized and reformed.In view of the actual situation of the electronic control system of auxiliary shaft hoist in Yangquan No.3 Coal Mine,the transformation and application of ACS800 four-quadrant frequency converter are applied.The field bus control system composed of Siemens S7,double PLC redundancy,remote I/O,Siemens WINCC man-machine interface is used to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation of the system.The safety and stability of the electronic control system of the auxiliary shaft hoist have been improved,and the full digital intelligent monitoring has been realized.Control measures can effectively ensure the operation safety of auxiliary shaft hoist.
