摘要
针对矿用钻机在钻进作业时,人工控制效率低下、稳定性差,给井下的综采作业和人员安全带来了严重安全隐患的现状,提出了一种基于虚拟操控的钻机远程监测控制系统。该系统能够使钻机自动判断钻进区域的地质环境并选择最佳的钻进作业参数,极大地提升了钻进作业的稳定性和一致性,同时,实现了远程自动化控制,提升了钻进作业时的安全性,具有较大的应用推广价值。
In view of the low efficiency and poor stability of manual control in drilling operation of mine drilling rig,which brings serious safety hidden danger to underground fully mechanized mining operation and personnel safety,a remote monitoring and control system of drilling rig based on virtual control is proposed.The system can make the drilling rig automatically judge the geological environment of the drilling area and select the best drilling operation parameters,which greatly improves the stability and consistency of the drilling operation.At the same time,it realizes the remote automation control,improves the safety of the drilling operation,and has great application and popularization value.
