摘要
针对矿用蓄电池电机车故障率高、运输效率差、自动化水平低等问题,大同煤矿集团朔州煤电有限公司通过技术研究,分析了日常蓄电池电机车主要维护内容及技术要求,优化了电机车控制方式,并提出了电机车PLC远程集控系统。通过在小峪煤矿井下蓄电池电机车中进行应用,提高了煤矿蓄电池电机车安全管理及集中控制自动化水平,降低了电机车故障率,保证了电机车安全高效运行。
In view of the problems of high failure rate,poor transportation efficiency and low automation level of mining battery electric locomotive,Shuozhou Coal Power Co.,Ltd of Datong Coal Mine Group analyzes the main maintenance contents and technical requirements of daily battery electric locomotive,optimizes the control mode of electric locomotive,and puts forward the PLC remote centralized control system of electric locomotive.Through the application in the underground battery electric locomotive of Xiaoyu Coal Mine,the safety management and centralized control automation level of the coal mine battery electric locomotive are improved,the failure rate of the electric locomotive is reduced,and the safe and efficient operation of the electric locomotive is guaranteed.
