综采工作面机械设备安装工艺的优化应用

为了提高综采工作面机械设备安装质量,缩短设备安装时间,保证工作面后期安全高效回采,马兰矿综采三队通过技术研究,对10606综采工作面传统设备安装工艺进行优化。分别从前期准备、设备运输、设备安装、支架调向等几方面着手,提高工作面设备安装效率。通过实际应用效果发现,优化后工艺可缩短工作面设备安装周期达19 d,安装质量提高至98%以上,取得了显著应用成效。
