摘要
为了提高综采工作面机械设备安装质量,缩短设备安装时间,保证工作面后期安全高效回采,马兰矿综采三队通过技术研究,对10606综采工作面传统设备安装工艺进行优化。分别从前期准备、设备运输、设备安装、支架调向等几方面着手,提高工作面设备安装效率。通过实际应用效果发现,优化后工艺可缩短工作面设备安装周期达19 d,安装质量提高至98%以上,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to improve the installation quality of the mecha nical equipment of the fully mechanized mining face,shorten the installation time of the equipment,and ensure the safe and high efficiency of the safety and high efficiency in the later stage of the working face,the full-mechanized mining of the Malan Mine is optimized by the technology research,and the traditional equipment installation process of the 10606 fully-mechanized mining face is optimized,which is prepared from the earlier stage,The installation efficiency of the working face equipment is improved by the equipment transportation,equipment installation and the adjustment of the bracket,so the installation efficiency of the working face equipment can be improved through the practical application effect.The installation period of the working surface equipment can be shortened to 19 d,the installation quality is improved to more than98%,and the remarkable application effect is achieved.
