摘要
针对大运量、长距离以及大功率带式输送机在启动阶段对系统冲击较大且张紧力调整不合理的问题,结合相关设计原则和基础完成了带式输送机张紧装置液压系统以及电气系统的选型设计,并基于MATLAB软件对其张紧特性进行仿真分析,为提升张紧装置的工作性能提供理论指导.
Aiming at the problems of large volume,long distance and high power belt conveyors with large impact on the system during the start-up stage and unreasonable tension adjustment,the hydraulic system and electrical system selection design of belt conveyor tensioning device are completed in combination with relevant design principles and foundation,and the tensioning characteristics are simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB software to provide theoretical guidance for improving the working performance of tensioning device.
