薄煤层工作面切顶爆破钻孔参数的研究

摘要 为保证朝阳煤业91310工作面切顶时取得较好爆破效果,拟采用聚能管爆破技术,在91220巷道超前段进行了预裂爆破,其中钻孔深度7.3 m,开孔距巷帮200 mm,倾角15°,直径52 mm、间距500 mm.由现场爆破结果可知:沿预裂方向均产生有效裂缝,直接顶围岩按设计要求基本垮落,爆破面围岩成型良好,能够取得较好的预裂效果. In order to ensure the good blasting effect when the working face of 91310 in Chaoyang coal industry is cut,the pre-splitting blasting is carried out in the advanced section of 91220 roadway by means of energy gathering pipe blasting technology,the drilling depth is 7.3 m,the opening distance is 200 mm,the angle is 15°,the diameter is 52 mm,the spacing is 500 mm.It can be seen from the field blasting results that effective cracks are produced along the pre-splitting direction,the direct top surrounding rock basically collapses according to the design requirements,and the blasting surface surrounding rock is well formed,which can achieve better pre—splitting effect.
