摘要
分析了立柱的结构特点,开展了立柱底缸的结构仿真分析研究,得到其结构的中部为薄弱部位,在使用中极容易发生结构失效现象,由此,对其结构进行了优化改进设计及实际应用测试,结果表明,改进后的底缸具有更高的可靠性及结构性能,大大降低了底缸的故障发生率,这对提高液压支架的支撑效果及井下作业安全具有重要作用.
The structural characteristics of the column are mainly analyzed, and the structural simulation analysis of the bottom cylinder of the column is carried out. It is found that the middle part of the structure is the weak part,which is very prone to structural failure in use. Therefore, the optimized design and practical application test of the structure are carried out. The results show that the improved bottom cylinder has higher reliability and structural performance, greatly reducing The failure rate of the bottom cylinder is increased, which plays an important role in improving the support effect of the hydraulic support and the safety of underground operation.
