摘要
为了提升采煤机滚筒的截割性能,以采煤机滚筒为研究对象,通过理论分析对滚筒的受力情况进行研究,为后续的数值模拟研究作出铺垫.利用数值模拟软件对不同截齿安装角度及不同截齿距下的截割过程进行分析,绘制截齿的受力曲线,并利用matlab计算出不同截齿安装角度及不同截齿距下的合力标准差及均值,找出了最佳截齿安装角度45°及最佳截齿距70 mm,为类似的研究提供借鉴.
In order to improve the cutting performance of the shearer drum,the shearer drum is taken as the research object,and the stress of the drum is studied through theoretical analysis,which paves the way for the follow-up numerical simulation research.Using the numerical simulation software to analyze the cutting process under different installation angles and different pitches of pick,draw the force curve of pick,and use matlab to calculate the standard deviation and mean value of resultant force under different installation angles and different pitches of pick,and find out the best installation angle of pick 45°and the best pitch of pick 70mm.It can provide reference for similar research.
