摘要
输送机作为煤矿开采行业中一种重要的运输设备,保障其安全、平稳地运行尤为重要.如何快速准确地识别故障源,做到系统自我预警仍然是一个重要的研究领域,基于此,在原有监控系统的基础上部分改进,引入MySQL数据库,对操作界面进行集约化重构,实现对带式输送机安全预警系统的优化改进,对于后续的故障预警系统的开发具有重要参考意义.
As an important transportation equipment in the coal mining industry, it is particularly important to ensure its safe and stable operation. The research on the structural safety of the belt conveyor is relatively perfect and mature,and many empirical formulas have been formed, especially for the fault analysis of the vibration signal of the belt.However, how to identify the fault source quickly and accurately, and how to make the system self-warning is still an important research field. In this paper, based on the original monitoring system, some improvements are made, the my SQL database is introduced, and the operation interface is intensively reconstructed. The realization of the belt conveyor safety early warning system optimization and improvement, for the follow-up fault early warning system development has important reference significance.
