矿井大型液压支架安装技术优化研究

摘要 以潞安集团某煤矿综采工作面液压支架的安装为背景,基于工作面地质情况以及液压支架尺寸情况,对液压支架进行了分解、输送以及安装,并重点研究了液压支架安装作业中的关键技术.结果 表明,通过综合应用这些安装技术,有助于安全顺利快速地安装液压支架,保障工作面正常作业. In the background of the installation of hydraulic support in a fully mechanized coal mining face in lu’an group, the hydraulic support is decomposed, transported and installed based on the geological conditions of the working face and the size of the hydraulic support, and the key technology in the installation of the hydraulic support is studied emphatically. The results show that the comprehensive application of these installation techniques can help to install the hydraulic support safely, smoothly and quickly, and ensure the normal operation of the working face.
