摘要
岳城煤矿1309工作面回采至390m时,遇到陷落柱DX214,巷道顶底板变形严重且呈现流变性,围岩破碎严重难以支护.基于此,根据岳城煤矿1307工作面现场概况,提出了具体的支护方案,并进行了效果验证.采用管棚预支护+超前预注浆+补强支护后,有效保持了顶底板围岩的整体结构,围岩移近量均在设计范围之内,保证了工作面回采安全.
When the 1309 face of Yuecheng Coal Mine is mined to 390 m, the roof and floor of the roadway are deformed seriously and show rheology when it meets the collapse column DX214, and the surrounding rock is broken seriously and difficult to support. Based on this, this paper introduces the general situation of the 1307 working face of Yuecheng Coal Mine, puts forward the concrete support scheme, and carries on the effect verification. After adopting the pipe shed pre-support pre-grouting and reinforcing support, the whole structure of the roof and floor surrounding rock is effectively maintained, and the surrounding rock moving near is within the design range, which ensures the safety of mining face.
