摘要
针对当前550V架线式电机车的电阻调速系统能耗大、调速范围小以及冲击较大等问题,在分析西山煤电西铭矿架线式电机车调速系统现状的基础上,分析了变频调速系统的原理,基于变频调速技术+DSP数字控制器+变频器完成了对传统调速系统的改造设计,并通过试验得知改造后的调速系统性能优于传统调速系统.
Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption, small speed range and large impact of the current resistance speed regulation system of 550 wire motor vehicles, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the speed regulation system of wire motor vehicles in Xishan Coal and Electric West Ming Mine. Based on the frequency conversion speed regulation technology DSP the digital controller inverter completes the design of the traditional speed regulation system, and the performance of the modified speed regulation system is better than that of the traditional speed regulation system.
