摘要
某型火箭布雷车技术先进、结构复杂,使用、维护、保养训练难度大,在此背景下基于虚拟现实技术研制了该装备的虚拟维修训练系统.采用了操作信息流与系统故障树协同的建模方法,构建嵌入流程层、数据层、步骤层和方法层的故障诊断维修框架.维修训练软件平台基于Unity3D虚拟现实平台开发,实现布雷车维修训练过程与三维场景的实时展示,为受训人员提供逼真、准确的虚拟维修作业环境.实践证明,将虚拟现实技术、故障树技术和故障诊断技术应用于维修训练教学中,可有效地提高训练效率和教学效果.
A certain type of rocket mine-laying vehicle has advanced technology, complex structure, and is difficult to use, maintain and maintain training. Under this background, a virtual maintenance training system based on virtual reality technology is developed. The modeling method of operation information flow and system fault tree is used to construct the fault diagnosis and maintenance framework embedded in flow layer, data layer, step layer and method layer. Based on the Unity3D virtual reality platform, the maintenance and training software platform is developed to realize the real-time display of the training process and 3D scene of mine-laying vehicle maintenance, and to provide realistic and accurate virtual maintenance operation environment for the trainees. Practice has proved that virtual reality technology. The application of obstacle tree technology and fault diagnosis technology in maintenance training teaching can effectively improve the training efficiency and teaching effect.
