摘要
针对现有液压支架支护系统在工作中普遍存在的支护高度控制准确度差、自动化程度低下的问题,提出了一种采用倾角传感器的液压支架支护高度测量及调节控制系统,同时针对煤矿井下环境恶劣、信号干扰大的问题,提出了小波分解重构的信号传输方案,以提升液压系统工作时对支护高度监测和控制调节的准确性.通过在煤矿井下的实际应用表明,该控制系统能够确保液压支架顶梁的支护高度调节控制误差在30 mm以内,确保了液压支架支护的可靠性.
Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy and low automation of support height control in the existing hydraulic support system, a control system of hydraulic support with inclination sensor is put forward, and the signal transmission scheme of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction is put forward, which greatly improves the accuracy of monitoring and controlling the support height in hydraulic system. Through the practical application in the coal mine, the control system can ensure the hydraulic support and the control error of the support height adjustment of the overhead beam is guaranteed to be within 30 mm, which ensures the reliability of the hydraulic support support.
