摘要 通过对皮带机电气控制系统工作原理的介绍,分析矿用皮带机的工况,基于PLC进行电气系统功能的实现与开发,完成主站从站之间的通讯、传感器数据采集、对数据的处理与执行、语音功能和准确定位等功能的实现,达到了电气系统的应用功能要求.最终将该系统进行了应用测试,结果表明,该系统功能更加强大,单台设备一年将给企业带来将近3万元的经济效益,应用效果明显,这为矿用皮带机高效且可靠的运行提供了良好的解决方案. Through the introduction of the working principle of the electrical control system of the belt conveyor, the working condition of the mining belt conveyor is analyzed, and the realization and development of the electrical system functions are carried out based on PLC. The communication between the master station and the slave station, the sensor data collection, the data processing and execution, the voice function and the accurate positioning functions are realized, and the application function requirements of the electrical system are achieved, The system has been applied and tested. The results show that the system has more powerful functions. A single equipment will bring about nearly30000 yuan of economic benefits to the enterprise in a year. The application effect is obvious, which provides a good solution for the efficient and reliable operation of mining belt conveyor.
