摘要
针对采煤机在运行过程中采用人工控制的单一的牵引调速方案所存在的截割稳定性差、效率低下的问题,提出了一种新型的采煤机截割驱动控制系统,将记忆截割控制和变速截割控制进行有机的结合,结果表明,该截割控制系统采用记忆截割控制系统,能够满足在井下复杂环境条件下的自动截割需求,为实现煤矿井下无人化作业奠定了基础.
Aiming at the difficult problems of poor stability and low efficiency of single traction speed regulation scheme, a new type of shearer cutting drive control system is put forward, which combines memory cutting control with variable speed cutting control organically. The results show that the cutting control system adopts memory cutting control, which can meet the demand of automatic cutting under the condition of underground complex environment,and lays a foundation for realizing underground unmanned operation.
