彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺功能亢进疗效评价中的应用

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Hyperthyroidism

目的:对彩色多普勒超声在中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进疗效评价中的应用进行研究。方法:选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的142例采用中西医结合方法治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者,采用彩色多普勒超声检查对患者治疗前后甲状腺大小变化及其动脉血流动力学变化进行观察分析。结果:治疗前后患者收缩期峰值速度(Vmax)与舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)指标结果变化明显,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),而阻力指数(RI)变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);此外,彩色多普勒超声检查显示治疗前后患者甲状腺大小变化明显,其中,甲状腺左右叶前后径与上下径、左右径以及峡部前后径明显减小,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声评价中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进的疗效,具有简便、干扰影响小、无创性等特征优势。

Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on hyperthyroidism. Methors A total of 142 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine were enrolled in Zhengzhou university affiliated Zhengzhou central hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect changes in thyroid size and arterial blood flow before and after treatment. Study changes and observe and analyze. Results The results of Vmax and Vmin showed significant changes before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), but RI did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). In addition, color ultrasonography showed that the thyroid size changed significantly before and after treatment. The diameter, the left and right diameter, and the anteroposterior diameter of the isthmus were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Color ultrasound examination for the evaluation of the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has the advantages of simplicity, small interference, non-invasiveness, etc.
