The reform of teacher qualification certificate forces local normal colleges to carry out curriculum construction reform for primary education majors,effectively linking qualification examination with professional education and teaching,and enhancing the employment competitiveness of students majoring in primary education.Under the background of the transition period of teacher education,this paper mainly discusses how to deal with the reform of local normal colleges and how to change the talent cultivation plan of normal students in primary education.
