中外合作办学体制下的党建工作实践与思考

Practice and Reflections on Party Construction in the Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools

中外合作办学是我国教育对外开放的重要举措,在办学过程中,如何筑牢思想政治工作阵地、把牢意识形态关口,如何在多元文化共存的体制下做好学生和教工的党建工作,如何进一步发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用,这几项工作是当前合作办学需要重点解决的重点和难点。该文通过总结浙江大学伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟校区联合学院党建工作的实践经验,为探索新形势下中外合作办学党建工作提供了参考和借鉴,有助于推动构建适应新时代要求的中外合作办学高校党建工作新机制。

The Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important measure for China’s education to open to the outside world.The key points and difficulties that need to be addressed in the current cooperative education include how to consolidate ideology,how to strength the Party building work for the students and staff under the multi-culture circumstances,how to play the role of the party as a core organization,etc..This article summarizes the practice of party building in the joint college of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,Zhejiang University,and provides reference for exploring party building work in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools under the new situation.It helps to promote the new working mechanism that meets the requirements of the new era in party building in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.
