摘要
在众多的体育活动中,素质拓展课程越来越受广大大学生的喜欢,它有着独特的课程特点,其中包括课程的内容新颖、组织方式多样以及清晰合理的教学方案,对于大学生心理素质的教育有着一定的促进作用。
In many sports activities,the quality development course is more and more popular among college students.It has unique characteristics,including novel content,diverse organizational methods and clear and reasonable teaching plans,and it plays a certain role in promoting college students’psychological quality education.
