创业榜样对大学生创业意愿的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Model on the Entrepreneurial Intention of University Students

自主创业是解决大学生就业难的一条有效途径。有研究发现,创业榜样可以带来示范效应,能够激发他人产生创业意愿,而个体创业意愿对个人创业行为起到预测效果。该文试图通过探讨创业榜样、大学生创业态度和影响创业意愿因素之间的关系,提出研究假设,采用问卷调查的研究方法进行统计调查,并在此基础上研究结果进行分析,提出可行性建议。

Self-employment is an effective way to solve the employment difficulties of college students.Some studies have found that entrepreneurial role models can bring demonstration effect and inspire others to have entrepreneurial intention,while the entrepreneurial intention of individuals has a predictive effect on their entrepreneurial behavior.This study attempts to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial role models,college students’entrepreneurial attitudes and factors affecting their entrepreneurial intentions,propose research hypotheses,conduct statistical surveys by means of questionnaire survey,analyze the research results on this basis,and put forward feasible Suggestions.
