摘要
该文就环境工程专业应用型人才培养过程中推行本科生"综合导师制"人才培养模式的实践进行了分析,探讨了目前我国高校本科生综合导师制实施的特点和成效,剖析了本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题,主要表现为学校、老师和学生认识均不够,缺乏相关制度保障和相应激励措施等,并在此基础上,探讨了提高师生积极性、主动性的应对措施。
This paper analyzes the practice of carrying out the undergraduate"comprehensive tutor system"in the process of application-oriented personnel training of environmental engineering specialty,probes into the characteristics and effects of the implementation of the undergraduate comprehensive tutor system in China,and analyzes the problems in the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system,which are mainly reflected in the lack of understanding and comprehensiveness among the school,teachers and students based on the lack of relevant system guarantee and corresponding incentive measures,this paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students.
