Aerial mechanists play an important role in the field of aviation equipment support.For a long time,there has been a lack of formal training system in colleges.Based on the development needs of Aerial mechanists talent team and the mission of aviation university,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing an Aerial mechanists training system,and puts forward a preliminary idea.
