摘要
该文针对食品质量与安全专业毕业实习的特点,从优化教学内容、改革教学方法和手段等方面进行教学改革,使该课程真正满足知识经济时代培养创新型人才的需求。
According to the characteristics of graduation practice of food quality and safety specialty,teaching content was optimized,teaching method was reformed,and experimental teaching means is improved,make the course really meet the demand of cultivate innovation talents in the era of knowledge economy.
