摘要
人力资源管理是地方高校管理类学科的专业基础课。该文首先总结了当前应用型高校人力资源管理课程教学环节存在的问题;然后就教学改革内容、面临的关键问题以及实施方案进行探讨;最后,就基于工作过程的人力资源管理教学改革应具备的基本条件与基础工作进行了说明。
Human resource management is a basic course of management discipline in local colleges and universities.This paper first summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of human resources management course in applied universities,then discusses the content of teaching reform,the key problems faced and the implementation plan.Finally,it explains the basic conditions and basic work of the teaching reform of human resources management based on the working process.
