摘要
该文认为,电子显微镜是研究物质微观结构关键技术,因此"电子显微分析"课程是生物,医学,材料,化学和物理等相关研究专业硕博研究生的核心课程之一。由于课程对学生基础理论要求较高,知识点复杂,枯燥不易学,如何让学生掌握该课程内容,成为教学难点。实践表明:将课程中的理论知识与仪器设备操作,以及实际的数据分析相结合,有助于学生对知识点的理解,提高学习的积极性,达到提升教学成果的目的。
Electron microscopy is the critical technique for studying the microstructure of matter.Therefore,Electron Micro-analysis is one of the core courses of postgraduate students in biology,medicine,materials,chemistry and physics,etc.Because the curriculum has higher requirements on students’background knowledge,the features of which are complicated,boring and difficult to learn.How to make students understand the content of the course becomes a difficult teaching point.Practice shows that through combining the theoretical knowledge in the course with the operation of instruments,as well as the actual data analysis,our course can help students to understand the knowledge points better,improve the enthusiasm of learning,and achieve the purpose of improving teaching results.
