摘要
该文旨在以学院优质重点建设为契机,重新优化食品营养与检测专业"平台+模块"课程体系,推进课程教学内容更新整合、教学模式改革与信息化资源建设,提高学生的职业能力、职业素养与就业创业能力。
Taking the opportunity of building a high-quality school,we will re-optimize the course system of"platform+module"for food nutrition and testing.We will promote the updating and integration of course teaching content,the reform of teaching mode and the construction of information resources,and improve students’professional ability,professional quality and employment and entrepreneurship ability.
