Ti/Al固相-固相原位反应过程研究

In Situ Reaction Process of Ti/Al Solid-Solid Phase

摘要 利用超声固结试验制备Ti/Al金属层状复合材料,以光学显微镜观察了材料的微观形貌。采用固相-固相反应方式进行原位反应获得了体积分数不同的层状复合材料,通过EDS以及XRD对Ti/Al原位反应产物进行能谱分析,确定了反应产物的相组成。采取SEM测量反应产物Al3Ti的层间厚度,建立Al3Ti的生成量与反应时间的关系。结果表明,在Ti/Al层状复合材料原位反应过程中,当Al未反应完全时,金属间化合物Al3Ti是唯一产物。在原位反应初期,反应产物积累慢,随着反应时间的推移,反应产物增多且增长速率逐渐增快,反应产物与反应时间呈幂指数函数的关系。 Ti/Al metal layered composites were prepared by ultrasonic consolidation experiment. The microstructure of the material was observed by optical microscope. The laminar composites containing different volume fractions were prepared by hot pressing reaction. The phase composition of the reaction products was determined by EDS and XRD. Through SEM measurement of Al3Ti thickness between layers, the relationship between the Al3Ti concentration and reaction time was established. The result shows that the intermetallic compound Al3Ti is the only product in the process of in situ reaction of Ti/Al layered composites when the Al is not completely reacted. At the initial stage of in situ reaction, the accumulation of the reaction products is slow. As the reaction time goes on, the reaction products increase and their growth rate increases gradually. The relationship between the reaction product and the reaction time is a power exponential function.
