持续性健康教育对乳腺疾病手术患者治疗依从性的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Continuous Health Education on Patients Undergoing Breast Disease Surgery

目的 探讨持续性健康教育在乳腺疾病手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年1月在德阳市人民医院接收乳腺疾病手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上采用持续性健康教育进行干预.对两组健康教育效果、治疗依从性、护理满意度进行对比分析.结果 观察组乳腺疾病相关知识掌握情况、日常保健意识、自我护理能力及健康生活理念得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总依从率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 持续性健康教育干预应用于乳腺疾病手术患者可提升患者疾病预防保健意识及自我管理能力,值得临床借鉴推广.

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous health education in patients with breast disease surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to Deyang People’s Hospital underwent breast surgery from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into continuous health education group(50 cases)and routine nursing group(50 cases).The routine nursing group used the routine nursing method,and the continuous health education group adopted the continuous health education as interventionon the basis of the routine nursing.The health education effect,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The knowledge of breast diseases,daily health awareness,self-care ability and healthy life concept were significantly higher than those of routine nursing group(P<0.O5),The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction in continuing health educatiorj group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing care group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of continuous health education for patients with breast disease surgery can significantly improve the patient’s disease prevention and health awareness and self-management ability,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
