大学生情绪表达矛盾与心理健康的关系——社会限制的中介作用 被引量:3

The Effect of Ambivalence over Emotional Expression on Psychological Symptom:The Mediating Role of Social Constraint

摘要 了解当代大学生情绪表达矛盾的现状,探索情绪表达矛盾、社会限制与心理症状的关系。采用情绪表达矛盾问卷、心理症状量表和社会限制量表对600名大学生进行问卷调查。结果如下:首先,元分析结果发现,中国大学生和世界其他国家大学生的情绪表达矛盾的水平未达显著差异;其次,情绪表达矛盾与社会限制、心理症状等变量之间均存在显著正相关;最后,社会限制在情绪表达矛盾与心理症状之间的中介效应显著,中介效应能解释20.04%的总变异。结论:大学生情绪表达矛盾是心理健康的风险因子,不但起直接影响作用,且通过社会限制对心理症状产生间接影响。 This study aimed to understand the present situation of College Students'ambivalence over emotional expression,and explore the effect of ambivalence over emotional expression on psychological symptom and the mediating role of social constraint.Six hundred college students in three universities completed ambivalence over emotional expression questionnaire,social constraint scale and psychological symptom scale.Results were as followed:(1)Meta analysis showed that there were no significant differences between Chinese college students and that of other countries in the world on ambivalence over emotional expression(95%CI was overlapped);(2)Ambivalence over emotional expression was positively correlated with psychological symptom and social constraint,social constraint was positively correlated with psychological symptom;(3)The mediating role of social constraint between ambivalence over emotional expression and psychological symptom was significant,and the proportion of the mediating effect was 20.04%.Conclusion were drawn:Ambivalence over emotional expression may be a risk factor of college students'psychological symptom,and social constraint serves as a partial mediating role between ambivalence over emotional expression and psychological symptom.
