摘要
基于“授时战”的概念,阐明了授时技术在综合定位、导航与授时(PNT)体系中的重要作用,分析了当前我国授时能力与军民用户需求存在的差距,以及未来综合PNT体系中授时技术的发展方向。结合我国综合PNT体系的建设需求,总结分析了卫星、长波、光纤、量子等授时技术的特点,并重点介绍了以长波和光纤授时为主要手段的地基授时系统,完成了实验系统的搭建,授时精度优于0.6ns。
Based on the concept of“Time Warfare”,this paper expounds the important role of time service technology in the comprehensive position navigation and timing(PNT)system,analyzing the gap between the current time service ability and the needs of military and civilian users,and the development direction of time service technology in the future comprehensive PNT system.Combined with the construction requirements of China's comprehensive PNT system,the characteristics of satellite,long wave,optical fiber,quantum and other time service technologies are summarized and analyzed,and the ground-based time service system with long wave and optical fiber time service as the main means is mainly introduced.The experimental system is completed,and the time service accuracy is better than 0.6ns.
